STEP FORWARD PHYSIOTHERAPY

Justine is a Registered Physiotherapist at Step Forward Physiotherapy. Justine completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. She continued her education at Queens University and graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Justine's interest in rehabilitation started at a young age while playing hockey and soccer. After sustaining an injury in hockey, Justine has always wanted to help others recover from their injuries. She is passionate about helping people and believes physiotherapy should consist of patient centered care, evidence-based practice, and patient education. Justine feels that a well-rounded treatment plan includes a home exercise program.

Justine has completed post graduate courses in acupuncture, TMJ, running, and cervical and thoracic spine. She is devoted to continuing education and is registered for Non internal treatment considerations for pregnant and post partum populations this spring (2024).

In her free time, Justine enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, skiing, watching Netflix, reading, and spending time with her family and dog (Dexter). In 2023 Justine became an aunt to an adorable niece and loves baby sitting her.
